The only fckn saving Grace those pussies in that dump of a city NY have is that they play no one with a winning record in Sept except the Brewers for 3 and us for 1 game before the calendar turns.

Interesting that our schedule from the 16th until the end of the month consists of the 7 vs Phillies, 6 vs gNats, 3 vs Mets, and 3 vs Marlins

I just am so impressed with how the team responded after the lows of the Mets series. Mets are going to need to ride Max and Jake hard to keep pace with us the rest of the way.

Snitker makes moves like a monkey playing checkers, but his teams always seem to deliver results. (Meanwhile, you have Aaron Boone pounding tables in New York as the Yankees are falling apart.)

I don't think I'll ever stop laughing if we wind up overtaking the Mets and Toronto hawks down the Yankees.

Clearly his stuff plays. So he could be a 1-2 inning monster in the playoffs. Instead of using him once in a short series he could see 3-4 games.

I don't disagree. He can also essentially be this season's Matzek... problem is I don't see Snit taking the ball away from his reliable BP arms for Strider.
