GDT 9/12/22: Braves @ Giants - Time To Hit That Final Stride

Man I’ve been combative to to State all year long on Olson and defending but Fck this dude man…it’s so difficult to adjust from Freddie to this dude.

This west coast trip is gonna be the nail in the divisional coffin. Mets should pay half jansen's salary for us; he's a huge part of their success

They lost by an infield single and that **** bag at 1B…and of course non clutch hitting from our “MVP” 3B

I really don't see how our team flies with Olson and Jansen on the plane. Those 2 are anchors would sink a carnival cruise ship

Just gonna be satisfied with the token playoff appearance this year. NLCS is gonna be a hard ask for this group. Once again Olson makes it easy to remember that we used to have the best first baseman in the game and the higher-ups didn't think he was worth it.

I'm gonna bad mouth Olson and jansen until they turn it around

Olson has been fine for the most part, but I'm struggling to think of any major moment he's had at the plate this year that won us a game in a last at-bat or late situation. I know he's made a couple nice defensive plays to end games, but can't think of anything offensively. Only thing that remotely comes to mind is that soft ground ball, game-tying double against the shift against Houston.

Also, I'm still chapped that he was playing middle of the infield instead of back in that Sunday night Dodgers game where the ball ticked off his glove with two outs in the 9th. Meanwhile, Freddie and the Dodgers can clinch the West tonight.
