Judicial procedures for setting aside laws and executive orders found to be unconstitutional are well established. If there is a precedent that is not being followed the rest of us would I'm sure be appreciative if you could elucidate upon the matter.

The funny part is that you actually believe that Hillary didn't want it brought to the FBI.
Yeah, I know what Mook said. The problem is that if they tell the media the story the FBI will now know it too. It doesn't make any sense. This was Hillary doing a case of plausible deniability because she and everybody in this effort knew they were committing fraud just like in the Russian Collusion case and didn't want it linked to her.
I laugh when they say they didn't trust the FBI after she just walked away from something that would have put you and me in prison for a long time.

as i recall the very first executive order issued by the prior administration was found to be unconstitutional by the courts
and the usual procedures for rectifying the matter were carried out
Big difference being that order was meant to protect Americans while the ones from this regime are meant to hurt Americans.

I would like to see the precedents followed re what happens to people who misappropriate federal property (and fail to return it after multiple polite requests) and who mishandle sensitive national security documents.
