What is it about freedom working that I don't understand?

I don't even know what the pic is... Looks like a picture of five guys... Maybe friends. Maybe colleagues. Is it something else?

What am I missing here. You brought it to the board for a reason so figure there is some emotional reaction you must have had to it. Please share
