Not surprising but provides context re January 6. Might be admissible in court of law. Could help clarify state of mind and motives.

The constitution was violated first. He’s calling for rectification of that egregious crime.

Trump is 100% right. Any sane person knows trump should be president now.

Hasn't the current president publicly explained that at least two constitutional rights are not absolute?

Please feel free to name a way in which the Constitution was violated.

no shame in coming to such a recognition so late in the game when so many others are not there yet

Conspiracy with federal intelligence agencies to suspend the right of free speech and freedom of the press.

That’s a fun set of words, but that’s not really how that works. This isn’t a stance in favor of the relationship between the Biden team and Twitter, but nobody had their Constitutional rights violated by Twitter electing to do things.

I don’t think it’s appropriate that team Biden requested censorship, but I don’t think it’s unlawful either. I find much more fault with Twitter honoring those requests.

Now, if there is a quid pro quo arrangement, or worst Biden and or government threatening Twitter for not complying, that I would find unlawful.

No one seems to be all that interested in finding out what the Trump administration asked to be censored.

One of these days we will actually talk about what was in the laptop.

The limitless funding for Ukraine and the silence on China oppression makes a lot more sense when you do

Sure everyone is. I’m sure it will come out.

Do you think it was significant enough to affect an election ? I mean first things first

Yes they did - The news is propogated on Twitter. Censoring a reputable news agency from reporting on the laptop infringed on the first amendment. Especially because it was the intelligence agencies taht compelled Twitter to do it.

You keep missing whats actually happening.

Its going to be very fashionable soon to start using this argument to dismiss what the intelligence apparatus did to change the election.

Plus lets also ignore all the lies that were amplified through twitter and truth suppressed during Trumps whole presidency.

Making this a both sides thing is going to make that person look foolish moving forward.

The left is perfectly happy that the intelligence agencies prevented the country from knowing that Biden is fully compromised by our enemies and used his power of office to enrich himself.

its pathetic.

I would guess something along the lines of the Melania nude pics. That seems to be the sort of thing that twitter was "censoring."

I believe Rudy provided the NY Post with access. Presumably he can release what he has.

Rudy could share what he has. Or would that be socialism.

Im just asking for transparency and consistency. You can’t complain about bias without demanding the full truth both good and bad.

But I don’t think we need to play the result here. Clearly Twitter (and Facebook) have been bad actors and made themselves apart of the game.
