All people mishandling classified documents, materials, etc, should be prosecuted to the full extent of the law.

And Biden is legally responsible for anything found in his office, whether it was his fault or not.

Hence why Biden has been trying to invest in it. Like our bridges, the rail infrastructure is outdated. There are also many rules such as industrial trains having priority over passenger. And the fed doesn't even own all of the Amtrak. It's semi private.
