GDT #5, 4/5/ '14: Braves (Teheran) @ Nationals (Strasburg) 7:05 PM EST

This kinda reminds me of how the Mets just couldn't beat us back in 99-01. It's not as heated of a rivalry, but damn if we aren't sticking it to them.

Got to love the media darlings Nationals. They have one good season and now they just expect to win even though they aren't the better team. Finish the sweep off tomorrow. I'm happy that we have solid wood on the mound for it.

They're very talented, but they haven't put it together. Maybe it's hype and pressure. I don't know.

I don't remember the Mets and Braves ever getting into a bean ball war like the Braves and Nationals got into last year.

Walden is at his best vs lefties, look at his splits. But Span didn't get on so that's beside the point.

As i said, if the offense added another run or two, we wouldnt of had to get Kimbrel up.

Harper would of been the tieing run if he had got up.

Too bad me, bravesnumberone, and tvsportscaster didn't get a chance to watch Walden pitch to the last batter. My feed didn't unfreeze until the sideline reporter was interviewing BJ.

feed has been frozen for 10 minutes.

It's Comcast Savannah, they are having feed issues with both Fox Sports South and Sports South on both HD and SD. I've called them twice tonight, but of course, with their crappy customer service we'll have the same problem tomorrow.

True, but this rivalry doesn't have John Rocker, Rickey Henderson, Bobby Valentine, or Mets fans.

I did actually get to see it, because MLB Network went to the end of the game live, but that's the only reason I saw it.

I caught it on MLB Network with the Nats telecast. They were still bitching about Desmond's homer being overturned.

You actually got through? Did you start calling three months ago?
