Joe Tacopina claims his insurrectionist client was mainly influenced by folks at the highest level. Trouble is, Tacopina is also representing Trump in another case. How does he get to make that claim???

Soliciting doesn't require a threat. Trump said there could be criminal liabilities for Raff and his lawyer. Which was/is as false as false gets. You can call that a threat, coerced, intimidated, whatever, the point of the statement was to pressure Raff into changing the vote total. You can say no he just wanted him to investigate certain things, but when told they investigated something he doesn't accept it. Raff offered to show him the unedited footage of that one video and he declines. He had no interest whatsoever in the truth, he just wanted more vote added. Even if let's say 10k dead people voted and were counted the process for that is to identify each individual dead veterans who they voted for and correct that, not just blanket adding to one candidate.

The ex-President seems to have donated $1 million to them even though he claimed he didn't.

The legal tactic of suing everyone in sight continues, even though he just got fined closed to a million for the last frivolous lawsuit.

Should we feel sorry for his legal team? Do they all demand their money up front? They should.
