The Biden Presidency

Or was Seth Rich real to begin with? Doesnt it seem weird to you his parents dont want answers for their sons death. Clearly the deep state paid them off to fake the existence of Seth. Have you ever personally met someone who has met Seth Rich? I havent. What more evidence do we need?

To be clear... An airplane is asking for an ID so they can confirm you are who you say you are.

My question is does this obstacle discriminate against black people from flying or not?

See there you put it, no it does not. Money and necessity are what stop people from flying.

You didn't shred anything. You avoided the question by attempting to bring the constitution into the discussion. The constitution may have a bearing on whether the government has the legal right to do something but it doesn't have any bearing on whether something is considered racist or not.

He's simply asking you if requiring an ID in order to participate in something is racist. You've yet to answer it and you won't ever answer it publicly because you'll look like a fool if you attempt to say that showing an ID in order to vote is racist while showing an ID to do dozens of other things is not.

Just take the L.

That's not true. So racial intent and bias absolutely has a scope around legality and constructs.

For example, you do not need to drive to live. You do not need to fly to live. You do not need to buy cigs, liquor, weed, etc. You can absolutely live your entire life without a drivers license or photo ID. Especially if you're older, self employed etc. There's tons of ways you can live your life without a government issued photo ID.

But no one is getting at the question still. Which is not is something racist, but why is something racist?

He was attempting to get a gotcha, and he failed. You're acting like he was playing 4D chess but that **** was put to bed right away. Because of hwo poor voter ID laws are enforced and so on so forth.

Sturg was attempting a gotcha but failed. I didn't answer his question because it wasn't a sincere question. What you're essentially arguing is stop and frisk isn't racist, because even if the results are clearly showing racial bias because the intent isn't racist it cannot be.

Do you need to be able to vote without an ID in order to live?

I will ask a 14th time.

Does requiring a photo ID to participate in something discriminate against black people, or does it not? A simpler question probably does not exist

“I didn’t answer it Because it was not sincere like a lager but complex like an imperial stout”

Lol what a clown.

It was a basic question you didn’t answer because it shows you to be a fraud. It’s fine we all know it. You don’t really have to answer at this point anyway.

He's not even playing 4D chess. He's just asking you your opinion on whether or not voter ID for everyone is racist. You can't answer it because saying No means that you're a hypocrite and saying Yes means that you are wrong. You know this and it's why you've avoided the question for pages.

Everything you said in the post above is just an attempt to deflect from a very simple and easy question to answer. You tried making it seem like the constitution is relevant to a question about your opinion on voter ID and racism. Then you tried to make it seem like living a successful life without an ID is a real easy thing to do. Then you attempted to change the question itself. Finally you threw a strawman at me about stop and frisk.

None of that has anything to do with the question.

No he wasn't asking if Voter ID was racist, he was asking if requiring an ID for something was racist. Which would be akin to saying "Do you think speaking is racist?" and when someone says no being like "Well then how can you say people say racist things"

Voter ID laws without ensuring that every citizen has easy access to acquiring a photo ID at all times, is racist. Way more than enough studies have been done and shown voter ID laws lead to less votes from black people compared to other races. The intent isn't necessarily racist, but the results are shown to be over and over again. In fact in minimal research I haven't found a study yet that didn't show white people gaining a voting advantage ina Voter ID law being passed. Now I threw caveats in there. Because the states should be making it very easy for everyone in the state to get an eligible photo ID easily. Which never happens. I mean I know if I want a photo ID I have to travel to my DMV which is 12 Miles away about 20 minute drive. And according to Google, no public transportation method to get there. SOmeone who is very poor and doesn't have means to get there woudl struggle very hard to get a photo ID unless you know someone who can drive you.

Again, no one is asking the right questions. It's not shocking. But it's OK. Lack of critical thinking is missing from teh Trump voters, whodathunkit

I made a couple edits above.

If obtaining a photo ID is objectively hard for black people, then doesn't requiring a photo ID to fly discriminate against black people?

Flying requires access to enough money to book a flight travel to airport etc.

Come on idiot you thinking this is insightful?

what I find insightful is your outright refusal to answer a direct question.

as everyone reading this exchange understands, it's because doing so will kill your position

but ill give you a 15th try.

does requiring a photo ID to access something discriminate against black people?

(I truly didn't think someone could avoid a direct question as long as you have... this has to be a record on these boards)

imagine a circumstance where a hurricane wipes out a neighborhood in New Orleans...

I - a charitable man - offer to fly victims out to Texas and house them until they get on their feet.

But the airline requires a photo ID to get on the plane

is the above discriminatory or not?

LMAO this has to be S-Tier **** post.

Kudos.

But even this has absolutely **** all to do with the discussion as it started. As you've clearly stated you arleady need a photo ID to fly.

LMAO I've addressed this multiple times. I just haven't done it in the way you want.

but is the requirement to have a photo ID to fly discriminatory against black people?

I literally cannot imagine a simpler question to ask you... but your on pages of avoiding it like it is covid positive

I don't blame you for refusing to answer... you idiot communists always do. they are at least wise enough to just stop engaging and walk away

I do blame you for continuing to engage without answering the question. you're simply making a fool of yourself.

Ok so tell me why a voter ID is racist but providing an ID to buy beer or cigarettes isn't?
