To expand: 30% k-rate coming into the day, 8.2% bb-rate, 46.9% (nice) gb-rate, 2.65 fip, 3.10 xfip. EV allowed at 87.3. Tied (with a lot of guys) for 20th in fwar amongst relievers, at 0.7.

Best k-rate of his career, second best gb-rate of his career; and so—while he's probably not 1.67 ERA good—he's been pretty damn good, and it hasn't been smoke-&-mirrors.
 
Acuña, man.

I've only owned one other sports jersey—a Joakim Noah jersey I drunkenly bought after a big Bulls win over a decade ago, at the United Center, during the Thibodeau heyday—but there's a reason I dropped $160 on an Acuña City Connect jersey ahead of that three-game series in AZ. Kid is incredible.

I bought an authentic Jimmy Buckets sixers jersey during his short time in philly. Only other jersey I’ve wanted to drop real money on is Acuña’s.
