BP needs some help. Anderson out til September. Minter on the DL. Chavez on the DL with no time table at this time.

Can't keep relying on the likes of Heller and Luetge. We need reinforcements and soon.

Is lee done for the season?

Man, I'm so ready for Max to be back. This weekend is Soroka, TBD and Elder... that's not good lol

I love Michael, but I think we'll get 5.2 IP, 4 ER every start at best, Elder is suddenly a pumpkin and TBD is probably going to be Shuster, Dodd or a scrub. I'll like Allan Winans, who has been fantastic in AAA, but the Braves apparently hate him

If we dont get swept, i'd consider it a W this weekend lol given who we're throwing.

Bob Nightengale of USA Today reports Braves RHP prospect Allan Winans will start on Saturday against the Brewers.
Nothing official from the Braves yet, but Winans has certainly pitched well enough to deserve the opportunity for a spot start, posting a stellar 2.81 ERA, 1.00 WHIP and 89/25 K/BB ratio across 102 2/3 innings (18 appearances, 13 starts) this season for Triple-A Gwinnett. There’s too much risk to trust him in shallow mixed leagues, but the 27-year-old righty is certainly interesting
