Buehler is a big X factor but there’s no way they are counting on him. He’s not going to be able to build up strength to start and go max effort in the playoffs

The consequene of an expanded playoffs is a lack luster trading deadline. The biggest moves were from a team with the largest payroll in history that failed miserably.

We didn’t need much anyways with how complete the team is so we’ll see how it goes. Hopefully Lee, Anderson, and Chavez come back healthy. Wright would be a big deal getting back healthy and obviously Fried.

For Cease I would have. Grissom is gonna continue to lose value as he gets older.

Outside of Max and JV, it doesn’t feel like anyone of consequence was moved this year. One of the most boring deadlines I can remember.

I think the one deal that was made that I wouldn’t mind was Montgomery but we probably would had to trade AJSS to make that happen.
