The best offensive guys are probably Joe Brady, Kubiak. Maybe Jags OC, dont think he calls plays. And a few others. The top coaches on the market are defensive coaches with Joseph, Flores, Hafley, Shula and Minter.

Not really a good year to need a coach. No real top tier offensive coaches. But probably smart to tear it all down.
