Chipper already said his wife and kids have given him the green light to spend more time working with the team again. Can't remember if he implied full-time or just like 75% of the time, in that case he wouldn't be the actual hitting coach just like a consultant.

Yeah Roberts has been managing for a while. Already solidified his HOF credentials as a manager. This could be one of those Schumaker being the manager in waiting thing... but with Lehmann it's probably understood behind closed doors. Only thing I could think of is they wanted to wait post-WS...
