Minor League Thread Part Deux

A lot of guys have transitioned to the bullpen and had more success and hopefully Dodd will be one of them.
The Braves could use a shift in thought on some of the pitchers in the system. 1-2 times through the order types are all over the place. Some could definitely move quick too. I'm in between on Dodd, but I'm encouraged by smaller bite size innings from him.

I know we can add someone to the 40 man roster that is on the AAA team that is a lefty, can play some D, and is faster than my dead Grandma... Sorryio needs to be DFA'd and something brought up that resembles some flexibility. Sorryio has 0 value for anything.

Workinger sporting a .970 ops at AA. He's 23, so maybe he's figured something out. We could really use a positional guy to develop

AA signing Eddie is one of the dumbest moves I've saw since AA resigned Jesse

I honestly have no clue about any of the hitters on the farm. I don't even know what position Workinger plays.. but if he can even do 1 thing average or above, he is already better than Sorryio.

Honestly, the upper minors have several hitters having solid starts to the year this year.

Devers (injured, due back soon), Milligan, Waddell (injured, due back soon) at AAA are all doing well. And in AA we have Workinger, McCabe, and Rodriguez. McCabe in particular has shown extremely impressive plate discipline. EJ Exposito in A+ seems likely to get promoted soon as well.

I don't know that I would classify any of them as legitimate prospects, but they are still young enough to make you wonder if something has clicked. It would be nice to hit the lottery with our own Jason Bay/Jeff McNeil/Nelson Cruz type of player.

Caminiti pitched in the FCL today. 2.1 innings...3 hits..2 ERS...3 K'S, 1 BB.

Also, Sinnard has a write up on him. I mentioned him a couple of weeks back.

I really want Exposito to be legit and make it to the majors. If only because I want the organist to play this every time he comes up to bat or makes a great play:
