The condition of his sentence is that he can never be in the minors. So just sign him to a MLB deal and put him on the active roster.

Yeah, Acuna definitely hitting his first little slump of the season. I swear this happens every year right when his name is getting thrown around as one of the top vote-getters for the ASG.
