GDT 6/28: Harris Not In The Lineup

While Soroka would be a decent gamble and I'd love to see him back here and succeeding, Uncle Charlie is safer bet to stay healthy and also be a quality pitcher. He's had a 3.21 ERA and a 3.15 FIP since he got briefly demoted to a relief role at the end of April.

Laureano (if he can play cf) and Morton would be a good start

I just assume they're smarter than us

ETA... there's 4 teams ahead of the braves for the 3rd WC and they're in 3rd place in division. Orioles have 7 teams ahead of them for WC, and they're in last place in the division. Our path is certainly easier... but still unlikely

I agree. It they have been good in June where the Braves haven’t. They are moving in the right direction.

That said I don’t think either team can make up the gap.
 
I'm not worried about winning streaks really but we have to win just about every series for a while. Win today and get ready for the Angels. Profar comes back Tuesday and I so think he'll give us a big boost. Go get a legit bp arm or 2 and maybe a SP. I wouldn't go over the tax though
