It was wrong to blame Trump for the deaths of these people, but can this Administration please, for the love of everything, shut the fuck up about all these supposedly antiquated systems that Joe Biden ignored? For one, Donald Trump was President every bit as long as Biden was prior to this term, and these particular systems worked as intended.

Honestly kind of absurd that they couldn’t. The government doesn’t really have any business telling a church what it can tell its congregation.

We *should* still be taxing megachurches, but that’s because they’re essentially a for-profit business masquerading as if they aren’t.

Black churches in the south got paid a lot to direct their patrons to pull certain levers at the polls.

It seems to me they could just place a reasonable cap on tax exemptions on churches to allow for the faithful at small churches to not be taxed out of existence but not allow for pastors to have private jets, and then we could just stop policing what they say about politics altogether.
