It will probably be the Philthies, but if the price of that fifth year is really cheap, aligned with his projected aging curve, it could bring the AAV down and let him maximize total dollars and fit within the luxury tax for more teams. Would kind of like to see some thump added to the offense, and would like to have an annual Angel Hernandez strike zone bobblehead day, too.

Olson had a career year and they thought that was his norm going forward so they set themselves up to be disappointed.
