Government shut down finally affected me today. On my tour to the white mtns in NH from Boston, some of the public restrooms were shut down.

Be careful, many rangers were also laid off.

Don't know what is a non-essential ranger, but hiking white mountains when they're getting early snow carries a ton of risk. Be prepared and stay safe my dude.

A bunch of unprepared hikers were “rescued” this past weekend on Mount Washington
 
One benefit of Trump is that Dems hate him so much that they will allow a shutdown and SNAP to.be cut off, which i think is exposing normal people to

1. Its not really affecting many of them

2. The SNAP program is out of control and needs to reformed
