He's probably replacing Roberts when he retires. But even then. Lombard, Flaherty, Ross are far far better options.

Yeah this is a kick to the balls. Unless Weiss is more forward thinking than we thought. AA better have a 24 Dodgers like offseason if he's hiring Weiss.

Pretty much the worst realistic option was just selected. Weiss will be, at best, equivalent to Snit. AA missed a chance to improve the organization.

The Braves managed to downgrade SS and manager in the same day. Failure of an offseason so far.
