Damn - Falcons should have waited.
Nah. His coordinators have kind of been meh.

Plus I think aside from a stud defensive coach like BB, I'd rather have an offensive mind most of the time because I think Ulbrich wants to stay a DC, At least for a while. If we got McDermott. And we don't get a great OC we're cooked.

Kinda glad Stefanski has most staff on board already then. That’s an attractive job. Baltimore too
Baltimore has to be the more attractive job, because they're well run org. The BIlls GM is ass. They just promoted him to president as well.

Baltimore has a much better FO. Allen is the safer QB but I think overall talent favors baltimore.

I would be willing to bet it will be a defensive coach. Saleh maybe. Minter more likely.
Seems stupid. they should get an offensive coach to try and mould their offense into competence. They need a GM who can draft a fucking WR. It's absurd how shit their GM is at drafting WR. it's almost as shit as TD was at drafting a DE.

I think they'd be wise to push for an OC. maybe Bring back Daboll if they can get a competent DC. I don't know the answer. But the window is closing for them.

I don't follow them super closely, but I don't understand how the Bills fired McDermott and promoted the GM.
Blaming McDermott for their failure is like the same shit the Jags did last year. A new coach will improve the team, but they won't fix the GM who didn't draft basically anyone who was a starter fo rtheir tema in the last 2 years. Hairston will be but I don't see who else will be there.

Beane's had some good picks but he's whiffed on alot of picks. Yes they draft late every year but he's had some really underwhelming drafts. Josh backpacks that team. Like he's throwing to Samuel, Cooks and Coleman out there....

And just because I gave thethe the appropriate time to grieve

A defensive genius. Just what they need to develop their young QB.
To be fair, there's a better than 0 chance they can get a decent OC, but I don't think they'll be coming from SF. Shanny makes the calls there and no good OC or HC from the offensive side has come through SF. The McVay tree is much more impressive. Which kind of means SHanny is like the OC version of Bill Belichick.

But there are guys out there of various levels of success.

Salehs record with the jets ain’t bad at all. Look at what everyone else’s record has been
Saleh and Flores are 2 coaches who I think showed it wasn't them that was the problem.

Unfortunately I don't know if Tennessee is where I'd want to go .THey don't have a history of being a good drafting team. But they're set up well, the could rebound quickly. I don't follow college enough, and don't usually look at prospects until they declare, but as I understand it top end talent at WR and OT looks good. SO they could build up their rookie QB or they could splash on defense.

Saleh and McDaniel are really good buddies. Ideally, McDaniel doesn't find a HC gig that he likes and Saleh can convince him to come to TN be OC.

If not, there is some talk that Daboll could be high on the list.

McDaniel going to the Chargers.

Interesting that he didn't want to wait out a HC op. But maybe he could vibe out the market was short on him. He must have known that the 3 good jobs weren't going to be his. And I don't think anyone really wants to touch Arizona, Cleveland or Vegas.
