I’m not pretending it’s noble or novel to be against fraud. But I don’t *want* fraud to happen any more than you do. But we have actual ways of identifying what’s fraud and what isn’t, and it’s not Fox News graphics.

If I’m shown a metric showing a massive increase in spending in Minnesota on a specific item, why is it wrong to ask if this is unique to Minnesota before accusing Minnesota of specifically being bad?

lol no. It’s not authoritarian to investigate Medicaid fraud. The states should absolutely be investigating and stopping fraud too, and the federal government is welcome to find out if anybody is on the take.
If every other state were to have an impossible increase, it might suggest a different root cause.
An answer surely exists if you want to prove this.
I don’t, but I don’t know what the cause is and would be interested in seeing if it’s a systemic problem or specifically a Minnesota one.
