And the fucking Cowboys get Caleb Downs to fall into their lap. In 4 years he'll be traded for 1st round picks when Jerry doesn't sign him.

Yeah theres no inbetween there. McVay's a HOF coach but thats gonna make him look like a genius or an idiot.
I mean I have faith in McVay bleeding some success out of Simpson. But I don't get it. I guess there had to have been some scuttlebutt about someone taking him becuase I didn't see him going til the end of the first.

There's a weird reality where the Falcons look brilliant if JPJ turns his life around and Simpson sucks.

Glad the my favorite team(Broncos) traded Waddle for the 30th pick. This draft looks awful except for Tight Ends Guards and linebackers. Give me a guard in round 2

I mean traded the 30th pick for Waddle.
Eh, they gave up more than that. And Waddle hasn't been that great. More of a solid number 2 that'll you'll have to pay like a number 1. And he's already 27.

This isn't a great draft by any means, but I wouldn't have made that trade.

No matter what your draft is. It cant be worse than drafting a player who is injury prone in his early 20s.
Tyson at least has number 1 potential. The Titans had Arvell Reese fall in their lap and decided a guy with the ceiling of Tee Higgins was worth the Number 4 overall pick....

They gave up a 3rd and flipped 4th. I could care less about late 3rd round picks. 80% they are garbage

Why not? The Broncos have crap at receiver and they had the 30th pick. Look at the last 20 30th picks on the draft. Hint, most of them are way worse than Waddle. This draft is awful. That’s why 6 teams traded out

This draft is fairly weak on upper tier first round talent, but the value in this draft is the first 3 rounds and WR is actually one of the deeper positions.

There are still 3 guys available right now who have WR1 upside still. Boston and Branch both had first round grades by many analysts. Brazzell may have the highest upside in the draft with his length and speed.

So no, I don't think a 27 year old number 2 WR was worth the cost given up, even in a fairly weak draft class.,

Yeah I like right now where the Falcons sit. They have so many needs but should be able to get a year 1 starter at some position. Seeing they have a shot at Brazzell, Hood, Branch, Bell, etc. without needing to trade up is a good spot. I honestly hope someone will give us a 4 to move up like 5 spots. Falcons can get someone who should start for them which they need. I like the 40-80 prosepct ranges.

Some team is going to get an absolute steal in Jermod McCoy, as long the medicals are good. Top 10 overall talent if he's healthy.

For sure, I'm sure if they could rewind time, the Chiefs would have stayed put and took either and OT, Edge or DOwns and gotten McCoy. I like Woods, but you have to wonder what value their 3rd round pick would have had.

I don't know how I feel about the falcons not taking McCoy. But I get it's hard to not take AJ's brother. And it's not like Avieon isn't a great prospect. But it could be one to look back on.

If Brazzell falls to the falcons and they take him I think this will be a successful draft. I get he's not the most diverse talent, but we don't need that we need someone to take safety coverage off London

I’d take Bell too if he’s still there

Guys a good WR to have on your side

Was a bit surprised we didn’t take CJ Allen there. Rodriguez woulda been a slam dunk
