No need to rush it. Team is playing great. Make sure he 100%.
Yeah no thanks on his first start being in Colorado. Smart move.
Team wRC+ for our next 4 opponents after Detroit...To be fair. Having your first start back in Colorado isn't ideal.
The Rockies are rocking a team .778 OPS at home. For reference, the #2 offense Cubs have a total OPS of .779.Team wRC+ for our next 4 opponents after Detroit...
Rockies #27
Mariners #9
Dodgers #1
Cubs #2
Yall really think skipping the Rockies is beneficial?
Personally, I don't think it matters much who he faces. His fastball isn't what it was, and he will get punched around regardless of the mlb opponent. I would love to be wrong. The Rockies are rocking a team .778 OPS at home. For reference, the #2 offense Cubs have a total OPS of .779.
is this from the same prediction factory that gave us the Braves are going to get swept by the fish/nats/and phills twice??Personally, I don't think it matters much who he faces. His fastball isn't what it was, and he will get punched around regardless of the mlb opponent. I would love to be wrong.

No, that was the east factory; this comes from the west factory that rarely runs at less than 99.5% production.is this from the same prediction factory that gave us the Braves are going to get swept by the fish/nats/and phills twice??
Don't forget that John Gil is a bust...is this from the same prediction factory that gave us the Braves are going to get swept by the fish/nats/and phills twice??
I hope so. They've hid him all season starting in ST for some reason though. It started with the no gun game his first ST game, and then missed the start to pitch on the back fields. Now they're hesitant to bring him up. The braves, it seems have always brought guys up from rehabs quickly or skipped them altogether. I just get the impression the FO has no confidence in SS#1 anymoreWe'll see. From the limited data we have this year, his fastball shows much better life than last year.
Never said that. I said lodise is a bust, and I was concerned about Gil. Hopefully he has turned the corner.Don't forget that John Gil is a bust...
He's an MLB starter regardless. Even last year's version of Strider is roughly a league average pitcher.Maybe they're keeping him down to fine tune his other pitches so he has a chance to be an mlb starter still
It's not the opponnet but the environment of pitching at CoorsTeam wRC+ for our next 4 opponents after Detroit...

Also the same factory that was worried about John Gil after five bad games.is this from the same prediction factory that gave us the Braves are going to get swept by the fish/nats/and phills twice??
