This has to be a lesson learned for Walt...It doesn't matter how well your team is playing under you, it will humble you if you do make comprehensive decisions...The team is well playing well because of the players...not him. Be humble.
 
Like it or not, they aren't gonna use Fuentes or Lopez on back-to-back days, so they don't have many options right now. Desperately need Iggy back and a starters to go 6 IP a few games

Perez or Carrasco could’ve pitched with a 4-run lead. Now Carrasco is going to pitch anyway.

They tried to get through the 6th with Richie and when he couldn't, they used their best non-Suarez option in the fire. He failed. That fail made it a punt game
 
Walt possibly lost this game (if they lose) yesterday by not trusting Lopez or Fuentes to go multiple innings in Coors. He probably felt JR had to go six.
