The point of that black politicians control the black vote?
Not what you said. You said if a black person runs for Dems they get all the black vote and so on os forth. Ther'es only ever been 1 black person to win a dem primary. Obama.

Obama did win the majority black states but he also won states that have the fewest black voters, Vermont, Oregon, Washington Idaho, Utah, Wyoming, Montana, North Dakota and Iowa.

Instead we'll counter your dumb thought with hard facts. The only states who have 20% or more of their population and we assume that black population is all democrat and they only will vote for a black person.

That means 8 states would be locks to lock down the top spots. So you cant win by appealing only to black people. The democrat party is made up of a wide variety of people. but it's still over 50% white. Obama didn't win because he was black, Obama won because he appealed to millennials.

Clyburn was known as the kingmaker because he controlled the black vote. What planet are you living on?

I never said white people don’t vote for black people. That’s becusss we are the least racist race in the world.

When Kamala wins the black vote in the primaries we will revisit.

I mean I agree with a lot of what she wants, the electoral college is dumb. It gives more power to states that shouldn't have it. And makes it so the only states that matter are swing states. Why would trump campaign in California or Wyoming aside from supporting a local election. Those electoral votes are wrapped up. If they had to campaign for every vote it opens up every state. It doesn't disenfranchise dems or reps in states that have a stranglehold on their electoral voting history.

DC/Puerto Rican statehood is something that should be allowed if they want it. As I understand it, most Puerto Ricans don't want it. They're not been petitioning the federal government for it. DC is an odd ball, I can see arguements for and against it. I do think people that live in DC should have appropriate congressional representation though. There are about 700K people who don't have a congressperson or senator for their votes. Give DC 1 senator and 1 voting member of the house. That gives the citizens some say in the government.

I don't really care about Multi-Member Districts, I live in a state with it. On the federal level I don't want it because it will make too many votes for the house.

Expanding the supreme court is stupid, introducing term limits for Supreme Court is smart.

Yes let’s just give it to them once it turns for the Dems.

At least try not to be such a partisan hack

I guess in your view you’d be protecting corporate workers in DC so all good !!!
Not everything is about partisanship. I think it’s wrong for a country to disenfranchise its citizens.

But can't understand Virginia.

Must be nice to be intentionally obtuse.
Huh? If this is about the left’s response to the VA Supreme Court ruling that I shared, I guess I’ll personally let you know when I’m using sarcasm in the future.

Also, even the Virginia voters who were set to be screwed by the Dems would still have more of their voting rights intact than any DC resident. I don’t think statehood is the answer, but re-drawing the maps to ensure residential zones rest in a state instead of the district seems like a fair compromise. Hell, throw them all in Maryland if you want so it doesn’t screw up anything for Virginia Republicans. But let the people have actual representation.

Well you can take Jared Polis out of the running for 2028. Dude just comitted career suicide. So he will be taking a very lucrative private sector consulting job once he leaves office.
