Just putting this out there as a thought. If Schwellenbach and Sale both pitch tomorrow they are both going to be out for the WC round. If Sale pitches game 1 it decreases the likelihood of needing to burn both pitchers.

Schwellenbach should start Game 1. If the Mets can manage to win that then they can earn the right to face Sale.
