That was the only move I could see happening, to allow AJSS to start tonight.... but I am surprised they pulled the DFA so quickly. This is good news. I am with Slippy, I would like to see a pen game tomorrow if AJSS can cover 6+ tonight.

I think they are going to do a BP game with Ian as a part of that rotation. I don't see anyone they can option to get AJSS up

I think a team would have bit by now for 1 year 10 mill... Heck if Morton can get 15 mill, Robertson can get 10. I wouldn't be upset if the Braves did 1/10 for him personally.

I think at this point Robertson is holding out for a specific team(s) and/or wanting multi year deal... He is unsigned for a reason and it is not result oriented.

If you look at his break out.. the first two weeks he was brutally unlucky.. when looking at wOba/xwOBA.. these last 2 he has narrowed the gap. But I agree, he could absolutely go on a seek and destroy mission if he continues to hit the ball this hard.

The Braves have never DH’d a backup catcher. I think they will let Acuna play the field next year. I think they look at maybe trying to do a 2 year deal. With an option.
