Actually scratch this. This kid is younger than I thought, and won't be contributing in 2026. While valuable, he is NOT the SS we are looking for in a Murphy deal.

From a value perspective this certainly seems to be true, but impossible to know obviously. At the very least we know that SS was available. If AA could have gotten the best SS prospect in the sport for Murphy and didn't...that's a huge miss.
