Add another team in the SS market to compete with. I believe they fully expected Lewis to take over for CC after this year. Now have another year plus gap to fill.

I’d be shocked if the Rockies don’t walk us off here. We have gave away so many runs the last 5 games from running ourselves out of innings it’s sickening.

Exactly. Although I’m still not convinced we don’t just need to put William at DH and live with Ozuna’s defense to have the best possible bats in the lineup. That way Duvall replaces Herdia as the super sub/defensive replacement

Good thing he doesn’t start and only pitches once every 3-4 days. Really need to keep the 5th starters spot open for Elder and Davidson, the ones with real potential

I feel we have enough bullpen arms that Strider should be in the rotation. It’s not like the Braves don’t know the numbers behind Davidson and that he’s an AAAA pitcher. Same thing with Elder. Why waste starts on guys that you know don’t have potential to be in your rotation long term.

I just don’t see how much worse he can be then Ozuna in the outfield. Teams don’t respect his arm and I’m not sure there is much speed difference between the two. I like the idea of having his bat in the lineup. It’s better then what the alternatives are. I think we all can agree Demeritte only...

I don’t agree we’ve had bad luck. Duvall and some of the others are just bad now. Advanced stats show this. I believe we will get it together and be in the mix for a playoff spot but as of right now we are just a mediocre team and our advanced stats and run differential bare that out.

Pretty clear it’s more serious then they let on. Braves beat writers are terrible at relying on a kid that wants to play instead of getting the real story from someone on the inside in the trainers room.

Idk what’s worse, the Braves not starting Strider and punting the game early by running Ceaser Chavez out in the first or trotting out Herdia who may be the worst hitter in MLB. I would assume TD is hurt?
