The big difference for Duvall has been keeping the diabetes in check. As it apparently effected him quite a bit in the second half last year.

Yea, 1-2 with a HR and K and surprisingly Snit knew that. Even Duvall didn't recall that homerun last year when asked in his post game. Probably because last year was so terrible for him, which had a lot to do with his health from what I heard (diabetes).

Duvall took advantage of a tiring starter, that is what made the match-up good. If he hadn't been tiring he likely doesn't make that mistake pitch.
