Yes. deGrom was a 3+ WAR starter in 2025. His issue is health and it's a major concern if he can throw 300+ innings over the next two years. But what is clear is when he's on the mound he's really good to elite.

Dubon was a 2.2 fWAR player in 2025. That's by definition not below average.

He shined in that role for the Astros last year. 2.2 fWAR while playing plus defense at almost every position on the diamond.
