It's definitely questionable but many people on your side are yelling murder at the top of their lung with nothing more than heavily pixelated video. The agents' body cams will decide the case.

I highly doubt these officers shot the guy for the hell of it. At worst the officers made a horrible mistake in judgment or they defended themselves legally. Time will tell.
