Six days ago, Cade Horton was named the Sporting News NL ROY. Today, Baldwin was the player's choice winner for NL ROY. No announcement yet on postseason award dates, but last year's NL ROY award was announced on November 19. So we should be just a few weeks away from finding out.

I'm intrigued by Gray. A similar option I've been thinking about is deGrom - the Rangers are actively saying they are going to lower payroll. We were linked to deGrom a lot when he was a free agent. He's owed $38m in 2026 and $37m in 2027 and a $20m team option in 2028 with no buyout.
