Honestly I'd prefer to have Murphy on the team next year. Our current timeshare is working out really well. Depth at catcher is always a good thing as well.

There's no reason to trade Murphy this season. He's a potential offseason trade piece. We need to see how Baldwin develops the rest of the year and figure out how we should design our roster for next year. It would be ideal if Baldwin could take some OF and 1B reps in the offseason.

I don't see why we'd dump Profar. He can't play in the playoffs anyway and he has 2 more years left on his deal. May as well see what we have. Iggy and Ozuna need to be traded though.

I really have to disagree there. Allen is the best defensive SS in baseball by a pretty significant margin. Who out there is available that would be an upgrade?

This seems to me like it might be a bit more season management vs game management. Fairchild is gone when Acuna returns but Verdugo White and Possibly Harris are all competing for playing time when Acuna returns

I mean it's hard to give AA blame on anything here. The trade for Allen's been masterful. AJSS and Elder have shown up. Baldwin instead of TDA has really worked out. Taking some gambles and gathering more information has paid off so far
