Thanks for the heads up. Should be able to tell if we're going to do anything or not.

In a dumpy stadium. There's a reason the Warriors and Raiders left Oakland, too.

The Dodgers have struck again. Lux to the Cincinnati Reds for a prospect.

Cease is a second tier option and it would take at least Baldwin to get him. Flaherty and Monty are third tier options. No matter how you slice it, this off-season has sucked major donkey nuts. The Braves have clearly gotten worse.

Agree. The Dodgers probably have a dynasty. They have 5 guys who can be a number 1: Sasaki, Yamamoto, Snell, Glasnow, Ohtani They have 3 all-timers at the top of their lineup. The Braves had a chance to compete with the Acuna and Albies low ball contracts, but injuries and cash constraints...

Hearing Kim signed with the Dodgers from the Korean rumor mill. If true, it's simply amazing how much of a machine they are. Shooting fish in a barrel. https://x.com/KBOTradeRumors/status/1875254020090323264

I would be surprised if we beat the Dodgers for a player.

The only 9-9.5 signing that exists at this point would be Roki Sasaki, and that's not happening. This guy may be right about us signing somebody, but I doubt this board will be too excited.

He's been right and wrong about different things. I think it's a young kid who pieces together things he sees from around the internet. Not a legitimate insider per se.

How could anybody be excited about a 41 year old, very likely negative WAR, Justin Verlander? This can't be real.

The Dodgers may well win 125 games. They will keep adding. I fully expect them to sign Sasaki and Tanner Scott now and another big bat is not out of the question with Betts moving back to the infield.

We should be happy with the team we have. 94.5 wins is the line on DraftKings as of now. Nobody is beating the Dodgers anyway, who are at 102.5 and not done adding.

They love it. It's the best ownership group in one of the 2 premier markets. Personally I think it would be cool to see a team win 120+ games in my lifetime.
