As far as the Snitker replacement, i think DeRosa would be a good candidate. You know Weiss and Perez will be talked to, though I’d hope neither are automatically the leading candidates. Also, with all the uncertainty surrounding the Rays, I’d see if Kevin Cash would be at least interested...

This comment by Snitker is absolutely indefensible. Ed Mangun and his crew have been among the best in baseball. Just a terrible comment. If I’m Ed, I’m having a conversation with the front office about that. Don’t think Manny Machado has any issues this weekend.
