Semantics. My criticism has always been focused on the lack of cohesion with the administration’s words and actions. It’s all contradictory, ergo “no plan”. I’ve been quick to credit Trump (and Bessent) for pivoting when faced with hard truths. The last 3 weeks have been very positive.

It’s convenient. Any adverse effect or data point is short term and can be dismissed. Any positive effect or data point is evidence that the plan is working, even if it’s a result of walking back part of said plan.
