GDT 6/21: Looking For A New Streak

Looks like someone finally informed snit that Verdugo doesn’t belong in the 2 spot.

Sale to 15-Day IL With Fractured Ribcage

The whole point is he shouldn’t be throwing unnecessary pitches and innings. This time it was a rib injury during an inning he shouldn’t have been pitching, but it just as easily could have been his back or arm. Pure stupidity to extend him.

Sale to 15-Day IL With Fractured Ribcage

Imagine if he wasn’t out there when he didn’t need to be out there. Imagine if the Braves had a competent manager. The only silver lining is it wasn’t an arm injury while throwing 120 pitches.

GDT 6/20/25: Braves @ Marlins - Keep Streakin' for Didi

Execution could use refinement, but that heater/slider combo looks legit.

Going for the GDT sweep. Strider hosting the Muts 6/19

His trade value isn’t going to change based on 5-6 innings at the MLB level. Teams already value him however they are going to value him. He’s simply the next guy who’s earned the chance to make an MLB start, and the Braves are not shy about being aggressive with talented arms.

Going for the GDT sweep. Strider hosting the Muts 6/19

Very interested to see this Didier guy since he’s getting some hype on the board. He’s throw 50 heaters (of 71 total pitches) in AAA and statcast says it’s very similar to the one AJSS throws. The control looks reasonably good based on his walk rate.

Going for the GDT sweep. Strider hosting the Muts 6/19

I also don’t understand the presence of Wiley, or why anyone thinks anyone cares what he does in rec leagues. It makes zero sense to have him on the crew. The hot chicks that usually have his job are equally pointless, but at least their presence makes sense in a broadcast watched mostly by...

Going for the GDT sweep. Strider hosting the Muts 6/19

Wake up snit, the game is in the danger zone with strider wearing down.

Going for the GDT sweep. Strider hosting the Muts 6/19

The lineup literally has 4 bench-quality hitters in it daily, and Snit compounds the problem by batting one of them 2nd.

Emerging Ace going for back to back wins.. Braves_Mets GDT 6/18

A pitcher is more likely to be injured when fatigued. Pitchers get hurt more now because they throw harder. You’re incessant arguing with everyone just to argue is getting pretty old. It was stupid to let him throw that many pitches.

Emerging Ace going for back to back wins.. Braves_Mets GDT 6/18

Sale threw 25 more pitches than needed and still didn’t get the shutout. Pure stupidity with a guy who couldn’t pitch last October.

Emerging Ace going for back to back wins.. Braves_Mets GDT 6/18

Nothing is playing into the decision other than a dinosaur letting a veteran go for a shutout. Sale should not have even pitched the 8th.

Emerging Ace going for back to back wins.. Braves_Mets GDT 6/18

There is absolutely no reason for sale to continue pitching in this game. Another mistake by snit.

This seems like a perfect opportunity to not extend sale.

It’s takes a special kind of stupid to strike out on a ball that hits you.

Someone remind Ronald this is a perfectly stupid time to steal.

Albies had a 70 grade hit tool and a 30 grade approach.

I don’t know about tougher, but it was certainly less routine.
