xBA is just the likelihood of a ball being a hit based on EV and launch angle.. not the probability a fielder can catch it. It was perfectly placed.. I didn't really see Acuna's jump, but his route wasn't off or at least not horrible and it looked like he was running pretty hard to the spot...
