I like the concept of trading guys you won't be able to sign for a bevy of prospects. But you just can't tell how good they'll turn out to be. But we need to spend the money we're saving on JUp, this team still has a bunch of holes. They better not be done.

well scratch Volquez, and Peavy appears to be a lot more expensive than the other two. Who do you like more Harang or Vogelsong? I'd take Harang, he's a hoss. No reason to expect he won't do what he did last year which was give us some innings and keep us in games about 3/4 of the time.

I wish I could remember if the same guys who are crapping their pants over our trading Varvaro were crapping their pants in the game threads every time we put him in a close game.
