    DOGE attacked the end point of the spend. Bills are vague in a lot of ways and then when the details come out for finalized spend is where you find egregious fraud. I believe processes in place will capture and prevent a lot of this.

    There is also a new focus at treasury to monitor the effectiveness of spend that I think will result in less actual spend over the fiscal year. There will be no more rubber stamping of expense reports.
