I am not big on the roof either. I got a chance to go check out the Tigers at Comerica a few weeks back. Was quite impressed by their stadium.

No offense but BJ has played enough baseball in his life to know the strike zone.

Being in RF hurts him as well. In center, I think his defensive ability would be more recognized.

Unfortunately, there isnt an offensive number you could use that would be a positive for him right now. =(

They gave him 2 years. 4.5M for 2014 and 7.8M for 2015. To me that screams wait and see.

Because they were giving long term extensions and money away left and right.....he got neither.

Thank goodness Wren and Co feel much differently.

Its fair because he has been absolutely terrible at the plate this year. I tend to believe he has struggled more than most. But I digress.

On the Scout board, I got slammed for saying that Freeman was a better hitter than Heyward. This was at the start of last season. Heyward needs to learn to hit the ball the other way. As far as he stands away from the plate, its a must. As much as his hitting is frustrating, there is not...

Garcia cut worked out just fine. In regards to his replacement and chem.

I am way past the point of no return with Uggla. I can deal with the struggling bat but his absolutely horrible defense so far this season is.....unacceptable. Anyone at this point would be a better option.
