    I think you hold on to Acuna at least through '26. If he shows out healthy, I move him before 2027. I make him one extension offer, if he doesn't take it, he's no different than Freeman, Swanson, or Fried. I do not just let him walk though. You have to get something.

    Didn't like it going in. There was no effort to replace Fried with a similar caliber, and the bullpen and bench were retreads. Didn't expect Arcia to play himself off the team. I was not thrilled with Profar to begin with. I felt like it was doing something for the sake of doing something...
