I get what you're saying, but 1) I think the Braves legitimately do have more than 20 (and actually more than 30) guys who are legitimate major league prospects. That doesn't mean they all have a chance to be a star, but I think anyone with a legitimate major league future or real chance can be considered a prospects. And 2) On some level, I think any minor league player is a prospect on some level. For example, that list itself has guys like Minter, Cabrera, Roney, Withrow, Weigel, and Whalen outside the top 40 and lists Povse at 39. A lot of those guys are RP prospects, but they are undoubtedly major league prospects. There's really nothing stopping any minor league player from having at least a chance to progress and advance to the major league level. So I'm fine with calling all minor leaguers 'prospects' on some level.
