We get to do it 3 months a year at the college I work at, and there are zero negatives to me

America's work/life balance is totally screwed up. I don't know about four work days, but more vacation time would be a good start.

I've done the 4 day 10 hour thing, it is kinda rough. Mainly cause it turned into 4 day 13 hours.

It has pros and cons, like anything else. You need to decide if the pros outweigh the cons and make your decision. Assuming it's a decision you can make.

I've been on a 4 day schedule since March and absolutely love it. 7-5 Mon-Wed and 7-4:30 on Thurs with every Friday off. The days don't seem any longer than they were before and I get a lot of stuff done on Fridays
