Ricardo Sanchez has been impressive since coming off the DL. 14 IP, 1 ER, 8 K. Better velo and sharper in my look.

Another one to keep an eye on is David Peterson. He's been closing in Carolina. Coming off TJ surgery and not yet 100%. But has the stuff and projection to be a good one.

How soon can Viz get here?

I think the suspension was for 80 games and I'm surprised he's allowed to pitch in the minors during the suspension. I frankly don't know the rules here, but I think he'll be eligible for major league action around the first week of July.

I believe the rules allow for a rehab assignment ahead of the end date of the suspension.

Don't have it in front of me at the moment, but the rules allow for an extended "rehab assignment" - like up to 30 days (whatever the maximum allowed for MLB players returning from an actual injury is). Manny Ramirez started playing in minor league games almost a full month ahead of the date his final suspension ended a few years back.

So to answer Tapate, he should be eligible to be called-up on the day his suspension ends if he's pitching well.
