Puzzler to me as well. Maybe he lunges or lets his hands get out in front of him. Whatever, he gets plunked quite a bit.

He does. It goes out and through. The only way pitchers can really handcuff him is come in on him. I wish he can get tips from CJ on keeping his hands in, but the downside is he will lose some bat speed in the process.

I rather have a healthy 15 to 22 homer JHey than a Bob Horner 2.0 105 game injury prone JHey.

And it is crazy that being hit is a problem when he stands so far off the plate.

He's a diver. And a full rotator. Most importantly, the way to get him out is on his hands. Without reconstructing his swing, I think it always will be. He opened up his stance about six weeks ago; that was the important thing.
