If Bethancourt comes up and crashes, AJ resigns. If Bethancourt comes up and lives up to potential, who cares if AJ comes back?

I would be very surprised with any scenario where Bethancourt is effectively guaranteed the starting job coming into Spring Training. So if he's not traded, the Braves will need to add a catcher through FA or trade that is more than just a pure backup type. I have mixed feelings about that person being AJP, but he seems more likely than not if they go that route.

Mostly speed and balls hit in the gaps, line drives usually. But some have been deep shots and off the wall too.
